The conference secretariat is happy to assist you to print posters in Shenzhen. Poster size is A0 (841 x 1189mm). Printed posters will be delivered to the conference venue (InterContinental Hotel) and you can collect them from the venue on October 12, 2019 onwards.
Please note the document for printing should be:
- Files accepted: ai, psd and pdf. For ai and psd file, prefer CS6 version.
- Ratio: 1:1
- Resolution: 300dpi or above
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides
- Colour: CMYK
- If the files provided are ai or psd, please change all text to outline
- No modification is allowed once we have confirmed receipt of the document.
Posters will be printed on matt finishing photo paper, max. resolution 1440dpi.
Documents and printing order must be received latest by September 27, 2019.
Due to printing deadline, poster printer is now closed. For those who have placed order, the posters will be delivered to the conference venue. You can collect the posters on 12 Oct onwards. Thank you.
